  1. Recruitment officer

This person is in charge of the overall HR recruitment policy of the company in which he works. It must put into practice the recruitment strategy decided by management. In terms of training, the recruitment officer is usually a Master of Psychology or Human Resources. 2. Human Resources Director

The Director of Human Resources is in charge of the overall management of the staff in the company. It synchronizes the various departments of human resources such as recruiting, training, and dismissal. It is necessary to have a strong ability to communicate and relational since it is the intermediary between the management and the staff. He is also in charge of internal communication. It outlines the main lines of recruitment strategy. As far as training is concerned, the Human Resources Director usually comes from a large school: higher school of Commerce or Sciences, after a master’s degree in human resources and a minimum of five years of experience.

3. Training Director

One of the other main segments of the human resources sector is training. Thus, the training director is in charge of developing a strategy to provide the best training possible for employees. It must, therefore, negotiate the price of the studies and the necessary time with the management of the company, the employees, and the professionals of the formation. His training often resides in university studies specializing in sociology, human resources or social sciences.
