2. Human Resources Director

3. Training Director
One of the other main segments of the human resources sector is training. Thus, the training director is in charge of developing a strategy to provide the best training possible for employees. It must, therefore, negotiate the price of the studies and the necessary time with the management of the company, the employees, and the professionals of the formation. His training often resides in university studies specializing in sociology, human resources or social sciences.
